What’s involved in getting Personal Training?
1, How much does it cost?
I have 3 options
1, 6 Session Pack - $ 600.00
2, 12 Session Pack - $ 1080.00
3, 24 Session Pack - $ 1920.00
I prefer to work in 12 week blocks with my clients, it gives us a start, a mid point and an end where we can reassess where we are at and shift accordingly.
I also run an online Keto 12 week online program, and dependant on the goals of my PT clients I can have them on this as well, the cost of this online program retails for $400 but for my PT clients it is half price at $200 or $20 per week.
2, Contact me
Please fill in this online form, it should take about 2 minutes to fill out, I just need to know a bit of information about you and what you are wanting to achieve, if you have had any injuries, food allergies etc.
This will give me a good understanding of where you are at and we can get down to making up an action plan for you. Which leads onto the next step, I will be in touch to either have an actual coffee or a virtual Zoom coffee to go over your goals a bit more in-depth, and discuss session times etc.
3, Coffee or Zoom Call
The online form gives me a snapshot of where you are at, and is a great springboard for this meeting where I find out how much we need to change with where you currently are…. What nutrition plan will you need, what time frame have you given yourself, how many PT sessions a week, what other exercises you might need to be doing outside of these sessions each week. for the desired outcome? All the questions LOL, but most importantly, answers and a plan for the next 6, 12 or 24 weeks.
4, Training Sessions
Once we have sorted out your goals over coffee and gone over an action plan for you we can begin our sessions. These initial sessions are just to see where you are at as we go through the exercises. I will be working out where your strength is, your balance, mobility and how connected to your body you are. Each week building on where you are at. Lets GO!
